1 📄 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and fg67 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the fg67.vip website, mobile interface, and all related gaming services. By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise using the fg67 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2 🔞 Eligibility Requirements

Access to fg67 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. fg67 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to restrict or terminate access where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. fg67 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement in compliance with responsible gaming principles.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise lawfully permitted to use the platform from your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on fg67 or have a previously terminated account due to a breach of these Terms.
• You must be registering and playing as an individual in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of a third party or business entity.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep that information up to date at all times.

3 👤 Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on fg67. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, names, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts. The following rules govern account registration and security.

• Registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number, a chosen password, and acceptance of these Terms. All information provided must be genuine and belong to the registering individual.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with any other person. fg67 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat.
• Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact fg67 support immediately at [email protected].
• fg67 may request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
• Accounts registered using false, stolen, or third-party personal information will be permanently closed and any associated funds may be forfeited in line with applicable law.

fg67 reserves the right to run additional identity and security checks on any account at any time, including requests for government-issued identification. Cooperation with these checks is a condition of continued access to the platform.

4 💸 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on fg67 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fg67 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The following terms govern all financial activity on the platform.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. fg67 does not charge its own fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your mobile wallet provider may apply their standard transaction fees.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same mobile wallet account used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect player account security.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes during operational hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or if additional verification is required.
• fg67 reserves the right to request proof of payment source for any deposit or withdrawal. Transactions suspected of being linked to fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity will be immediately suspended and reported as required by applicable law.

5 🎁 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

fg67 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following terms. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of the specific bonus terms and conditions in addition to these general Terms.

6 🎮 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on fg67 are sourced from certified third-party game providers. Each game operates according to its own specific rules as set by the originating provider. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing bets or wagers. The following fair play principles apply across all games on the platform.

7 🚫 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fg67 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities.

• Registering more than one account, or attempting to circumvent a suspended or closed account by registering a new one.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or third-party tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Colluding with other players, match-fixing, or engaging in any coordinated strategy designed to defraud fg67 or manipulate game outcomes.
• Depositing or attempting to deposit funds derived from illegal activity, including proceeds of crime or funds subject to money laundering.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation, or sharing your account credentials with any third party.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, threats, or disruptive behaviour directed at fg67 staff or other users via any platform communication channel.

8 ⛔ Account Suspension and Termination

fg67 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may result in account action.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited activities listed in Section 7.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the timeframe specified by fg67 when such verification is requested.
• At the player's own request, for example as part of a self-exclusion request under the Responsible Gaming section.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months without any login or financial activity on the account.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's request or due to inactivity, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered mobile wallet after applicable checks are completed.

9 🛡️ Responsible Gaming

fg67 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of game results displayed (where these are rendered by third-party provider software), or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose beyond online gaming entertainment.

12 ✏️ Amendments to These Terms

fg67 may amend these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on fg67.vip. Where changes are material — such as changes to deposit limits, withdrawal processes, bonus conditions, or eligibility requirements — fg67 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via a prominent notice on the platform homepage or by direct communication to your registered contact details.
